OUR TEAM SILVIA MARGUGLIO – President     With 20 years sales experience including 10 years as a senior recruiter and trainer, Silvia has a broad base of experience in local and international dealings. Silvia has a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies and Business and has taught Spanish to business people throughout her career. At Comunicatus, Silvia specializes in recruiting, training, motivating and retaining organizational talent. She speaks four languages and currently resides in Montreal, Canada after having travelled extensively for both work and pleasure. LUCIA MARGUGLIO – Founder and Treasurer     As a qualified professional with more than 26 years hands-on experience in management and administration, Lucia has extensive qualifications in planning and coordination of multiple business programs.  She has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations and Psychology and is a certified TESL teacher while she fluently speaks three languages.  Her love of teaching and experience in working with diverse cultures has prompted her to obtain “Aviation English” teacher training in England. Lucia has gained invaluable business and teaching experience having worked in North America and Asia and currently resides in Montreal, Canada. ANDREA KNEELAND – Aviation Expert     Andrea began her aviation career as an air traffic controller in Canada. She worked subsequently for private companies such as CAE and SITA and for international organisations such as ICAO and IATA. Her responsibilities covered a wide range of regulatory, technical and educational aspects of air traffic management. Most recently Andrea managed a worldwide training program for civil aviation managers. She represented airlines as IATA's speaker at the first ICAO Worldwide Symposium on Aviation Language. Her fifteen years of experience as an air traffic controller in Quebec gives her operational insight into the challenges of using a second language in air/ground communications.   Translators Our specialist translators based around the world have expertise in a wide variety of subjects and document types.  For specialized texts, we ensure that your document is assigned to a translator who is experienced and knowledgeable in your specific field.
